- Customs and tax authorities, such as HMRC and EU customs offices.
- Insurers, when you ask us to insure your goods.

- Customs, tax and accounting records: for the periods the law requires, typically 4 to 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It saves only your language choice (English, Italian or Greek) in your browser's local storage, so the site opens in your language next time. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Our fonts are hosted on our own website, so no font provider receives your data. Container tracking links open the shipping line's own website, which has its own privacy policy.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
