Frequently asked questions
It depends on your goods: preferential origin under the UK–EU agreement, transfer of residence relief when you move home, correct classification and customs warehousing. We check which apply before you ship.
Yes. We collect, wrap and crate single items and deliver them door to door. Sharing space with other loads keeps the price down.
As a rule of thumb, below 13–15 m³ groupage is cheaper because you only pay for the space you use. Above that, a 20' container is often cheaper and faster. We'll advise on the best option for your route.
We compare actual weight with volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6,000) and you pay the higher of the two. The calculator in the Quote section does this for you.
Carrier liability is limited by law. On request we arrange all-risks cover for the full cargo value, which we recommend for high-value shipments.
Yes, under IMDG (sea), IATA DGR (air) and ADR (road) rules. We'll need the product's safety data sheet (SDS).
